        I stopped in their office(Ore City office). We discussed what the problem was. So they send out a very nice young man. He could not find or fix the problem. He did tell us how we could fix it though. Paid $90 for basically nothing, and then I find out from my wife that he didn't even do what I hired them to do, which was take off the toilet and check the connection. That was not done at all, and that is what I hired them for. So I call the office several times, no answer and nobody returns my calls.
