We are so happy we chose to use Elite Blinds and Shutters of Lubbock to purchase and install our new plantation shutters. We got 4 bids and we chose Elite because we felt like Sam really knew what he was doing. He was very professional and a nice person. Not to mention, his bid was the best price, even though we live in Amarillo. The install was done very quickly, in one day. Fourteen blinds, perfectly installed.
