Sprint Store

Initially when walking in, my goal was to get my iPhone repaired and serviced. Then came the greeting from a soft spoken young woman who turned out to be the greatest help and kick start to getting my mom an IPhone 11 and iPad, for an incredible deal that she couldn’t pass up. I recently joined Sprint myself and told my mom that this is where she needed to be when getting a new phone service. Mayleth came to greet my mother and I as soon as we walked in and pointed me over to the techs, but before I moved on over there I explained to her that I wanted my mom to have a full setup of phone and tablet. Of course I walked away for about 15min, just to walk back over with an iPhone and iPad already picked out and ready to get my moms number ported over from AT&T. Along with having my mom purchase a screen protector and even port her Apple Watch over too. Throughout our time there, Mayleth not only was kind and very helpful in assisting my mom in getting the devices set up. She wore a smile and gave 100% of her attention to anything and everything we had questions about. Her customer service is far beyond that of many associates I’ve ever come across, and I’ve been in the industry for a good amount of time. I absolutely recommend speaking to Mayleth when becoming apart of the Sprint family and I thank her so much for making my mom smile when she really needed to. There’s a difference between recognition and appreciation when it comes to this business. Anybody can recognize a good sales associate, but when you go the extra mile for people, you get an overwhelming sense of appreciation that will keep my mom and I, Sprint customers for the long run.

People....you need no other persons to help you out at this store except for VIVIAN OR TRISTAN!!! I had walked into this store after a very bad experience with a self entitled, condescending, eye rolling, dismissive DIVA from the CORP WESLACO STORE! She was extremely extra... anyways back to this awesome review. They got me the best deal for my budget. I was able not only to get one but two phones. They went above and beyond to make up for there co workers at another store bad experince. They even went to the other store to pick up the phone for me. Ironically enough...the WESLACO store..lol😂😂😂😂😂 AWESOME JOB GUYS!😜😜😜😜😜😜
