After covid , the staff are the worst employees ever, I have 4 daughters 21 yr the oldest, he has been there dentist , awesome dentist ever ,but the staff need to calm down they are worse. They refuse service over and over , not right.

This Dentist's office employs incompetent rude people who lie and are very unprofessional, they promise to give you answers then ignore you for weeks then for months, I spoke with a rude male staffer and wanted to leave a message for the dentist, the male staffer lied so I told him I need his name to file a complaint to the dentist he said you could ONLY talk to the dentist in person and you can not leave a message or schedule a call to talk to him , I told the staffer that is a lie, he then said the truth does not matter at their office, only what we say matters, the other incompetent staff include Liz and Chloe! Stay away from this office they are toxic!

His staff is very rude and unprofessional, they flat out told me that the truth doesn't matter in their practice, and you cannot speak to the dentist on the phone, you have to come in person. But you can't speak to the dentist without an appointment. Do yourself a favor. Find a different dentist.

My grandmother comes here and has nothing but great things to say about this clinic. While there is a slight language barrier nothing can exceed the language of kindness. Thank you so much for your services. I know you will only continue to foster the utmost care for your patients. Thanks again!!
