      image I placed an order with them at 10am and let them know the person receiving the flowers left work at 5pm and needed them there before then. I called after placing an online order to confirm if they could do that and they said they would get the flowers before that time. After reading reviews of this shop, of course the flowers arrived around 5:45pm. I called for a refund, but they said "sorry the flowers were delivered". There is a reason this place has such horrible reviews. There are plenty of flower shops that deserve your money, and this one aint it.
