The last time I gave a one star review is when I found headlice in my fries in Louisiana. Mikayla was the first person to give me a quote, they are prompt when it comes to quotes. I very specifically asked for my quotes to be with leaf filters or gutter guards. She gave me three quotes like I asked. I failed to pay attention to detail. I own that fault. The three quotes were very competitively priced. They were $400-$500 less than my other two quotes. So when the very polite and hard working installation crew arrives, a day late. They installed a nice looking set of gutters. I asked about the filters and they informed me that filter were not on the order. That is when I realized the boxes were not checked on my quote. No big deal, it will add another $400-$500 like the other quotes (which were more detailed). A week later they get back with me to inform me that filters will cost an additional $1,200. $800 more than their competitors. I guess they rake your leaves too. I regret not using Top Notch Gutters or Absolute Gutters. Their sales teams were more honest from the get go. I will not say this was intentional; however, I will say it was very deceptive. Avoid the headache, check your quote or just go to Top Notch or Absolute. I will install my own filters. Update. No one contacted me, but do not bother, I installed my own for $250. I did a pretty good job if I do say so myself.

We had Mikayla, with Mr. Gutter, give us a bid for gutters for our home on 6/24/2021.We were very pleased with the price and estimated time of installation. The gutters were installed on 6/30/2021. The problem we are having with Mikayla is the following: 1. Upon the completion of the job I failed to get a receipt and immediately called Mikayla and she told me that it would be mailed to me...that was on 6/30/2021 p.m. 2. After not receiving the receipt as of 7/12/2021 I called the office and talked to Whitney and mentioned I had not gotten anything from their office. She said she would mail it. Also told Whitney I wanted to speak with Mikayla she HAS NOT responded to my call yet. 3. The sad thing is Mikayla is the owner, per Whitney, of the company. I expect more from someone that is out there selling THEIR product then not returning calls. After we the gutters were installed we had several of our neighbors inquire about the gutters and I gave them Mikayla info as they were interested in getting them also. 4. Today 7/16/2021 I have NOT heard from Mikayla in reference to my receipt. Spoke with Whitney and was told she would give Mikayla the msg. Maybe Mikayla will get my msg. 5. My next step is to contact my neighbors and tell them NOT to use this company. If the owner can except my check for $2,245.00 she can surely return a call or at least follow up on any and all calls. 6. Guess that is all I have to say on this matter.
