If allstate has a higher standard to offer great customer service this branch and Ms. Partida fall extremely short of that. No willingness to help. No willingness to make things right. When my policy is wrong and messed up beyond belief all I ask is that someone try. Let alone come to a solution. Ms. Partida and the manager in the office Juan did neither. Not an even an effort. Instead, I'm left with being berated by Ms. Partida calling me son and degrading me like I'm some child. When your manager Juan was the one who advised me to cancel my current Allstate policy so that he could rewrite it. Come to find out allstate doesnt like that very much and now my policy cannot be rewritten. Leaving me uninsured for a gap of more than two days. Absolutely the most unprofessional and unaccountable agency I've ever had the displeasure of working with. On two separate occasions I was informed by Juan, the manager, that he would be contacting me back by a certain time or by a certain day only to leave me waiting and waiting for nothing. If I had no choice and had to sign up with allstate again I would make sure it wasnt with this particular office. Disgraceful.
