Advanced Sprinklers

WARNING! Do Not Call Mr. Luciano Gutierrez for any type of service! He came to “repair” my sprinkler system on a Saturday. He dug trenches through out my lawn to locate a solenoid that was not properly working which wouldn’t allow a section to shut off. He couldn’t locate it. Luciano then told me he would return on Monday and that the sprinkler system would shut off after an hour which didn’t. He also disconnected wires connected to the control box. He hasn’t returned since and didn’t answer any of the many phone calls that I made for over two weeks now. He didn’t return any of my texts either. To this day, the trenches across my lawn are still there and the wiring to the control box is still disconnected.

They have come over to my house to repair the exact same problem with a sprinkler and they can’t get it fixed!! We’ve tried calling their phone number and is not a working number now ! I guess finally after all of the bad reviews and horrible C. service finally they went under! 🤷🏻‍♀️

DO NOT CALL THIS COMPANY!!!I had not choice in giving them 1 star. This company provides the worst repair service and customer service!!! Both Mr Luciano and the lady lie thru to teeth. For the past two months they have being telling me they are going to come and fix a repair they have already been paid for. Maybe this is why they changed their name. They use to be called L and M. I also wonder why the License is under David Gutierrez if I have yet to meet him.

Avoid this home maker place, very expensive price, issues with quality and lack of service. Company called themselves “Advanced Sprinkles” is totally unreliable. They installed residential sprinkler and after few months sprinkler stopped working. They don’t answer emails or service calls to review and repair under warranty however they answer calls for new work. When you call you hear recording “the person you are calling box has not been set up yet”.
