Excellent customer service! HONEST. Dont just try to sell you additional services unless real indication for the need of those services! Jaliel (technician) was very professional, careful to slip on shoe covers to avoid soiling carpet and, overall, an excellent tech. Very knowledgeable and what he didnt know, went above and beyond in making sure that he could answer questions to my satisfaction! Would definitely recommend this company.

BugWorks has the most professional, courteous, and knowledgeable pest control technicians! Technician Jaliel Dowell took the time and care to ensure my backyard issue was addressed and treated accordingly with the appropriate combination of pet-friendly chemicals. He was extremely thorough and did some onsite problem solving and ensured every inch of my yard was thorougly saturated to eradicate the terrible fleas that were making my dogs miserable. He answered all of my questions and concerns and provided me with additional information about pesky pests with instructions regarding my pets. BugWorks has excellent customer service and they really thrive to make the customer happy. Maggie is so very nice and goes out of her way to coordinate and accommodate my schedule with treatment times. Aside from the yard flea treatment, an added bonus is I haven't even seen a single ant or cockroach since the yard was treated. Most importantly, they were very consciousness of using pet-friendly chemicals. I will continue to use BugWorks services for monthly maintenance treatments and look forward to spending the summer in a pest free yard. ~Very happy dogs and customer who support local, small businesses

Never had a problem with the pest control company.until they sent a new technician showed up with AirPods on and did not bother to close my side gate( he left it open and left jamming to his music) I had to look for my dog for hours. Gladly I found him.

Bug Works came and sprayed our backyard for preventative bugs and mosquitos, fleas and ticks. They scheduled a technician soon after our phone call. The technician was knowledgeable about his product and was courteous and he gave us instructions as to when we can come out with our puppy and informed us to continue a maintenance schedule for the prevention of these pests.
