I recently came in here to get a phone upgrade and Brandon was the rep that assisted me. He was very attentive and knowledgeable with my needs. I appreciate that Brandon wasn’t too pushy and he let me know all my options without breaking my budget. 10/10 would recommend! Let Brandon help you! He will get you right!!!!

Just called to talk to a guy that I purchased 2 phones from about 3 days ago yet couldn't remember his name/to ask him 1 simple question....JUST 1 SIMPLE QUESTION,yet the guy who answers asks me who I want to talk to when I ask his name he doesn't give it,and puts me on hold then hangs up😤😡and now I've dialed the store over and over and he won't even pick up the phone after about 20 callls to try and fix my phone with 1 question,Great TERRIBLE SERVICE AFTER IVE SPENT MONEY ON 2 PHONES...IF I COULD GIVE ZERO STARS I WOULD.

the 2 times i have been to this store i was blown away by the AMAZING customer service. samanda was on the clock when i went in yesterday. it was maybe 10 minutes before they close when i burst into the store, babbling frantically, & she wasn't even the least bit annoyed with me or the situation. instead, she patiently listened to me explain my issue & proceeded to quickly & skillfully resolve it. i was out of there in less than ten minutes, happier than i had been all day, thanks to samanda. she's awesome! unfortunately, i can't remember the name of the person working during my first visit, but he was knowledgeable, helpful, & kind as well. if you have issues with your phone, your plan, or anything else related - come to this store - they're the best! thank you so much!
