My daughter purchased a blood pressure cuff. When she opened the box at home she noticed there was a note in there that stated it was missing the storage bag. The receipt states all sales are final but clearly this was not her fault. Someone sold her this item knowing it was incomplete. She went to the store and the cashier acknowledged that the piece of paper in the box was from a notebook they used and that the handwriting looked like one of their employees but they still said sorry all sales are finals. They gave her a 10% discount for her next purchase. Wow! Be careful when you purchase something make sure there’s nothing missing before you leave the store because they won’t take responsibility for their mistakes.
