        I usually dont write reviews. However, I was taken by surprise at the lack of customer service. I have been a customer of this business for 3 years and the last purchase I made was very poor quality of hair. I expressed my disappointment having been a recurrent customer who has made less expensive purchases for higher quality of hair with them. They responded saying they are not responsible for the product and how it turns out. How can a business not be responsible for the prices, quality, and products they sell you? I took with me the extensions I have bought and showed them the difference in price and quality. They didnt take responsibility. It speaks a lot about a business when they are willing to loose a customer who has been with them for years. As business owners, we have to show gratitude. Your business would not exist without your customers.
