Dapper Ponds

I reached out to Dapper Ponds on Sunday. Monday morning David was here. My pond required quick attention. He did the most thorough clean out I have ever had, his price was the most reasonable ever charged and he is so very pleasant to work with. He is now my official forever "pond guy"!

Scheduled appointment with company via website. Said he would call when coming. Did come but didn't call. Didn't do any of the work. Told me I needed new pump which he would order and would install the following Tuesday. Didn't show up. Several days later he emails me and tells me I need a new pump. I told him we had already had this conversation and that he had told me he had already ordered pump and missed promised installation date. From that point on he ghosted me. No reply to email, text or voice messages. I wonder if the guy is possibly on drugs. Two of my fish died while waiting on him. Texted him to notify him of this and still no reply. AVOID!

I cannot imagine having any other company service my pond. David is the BEST.

This was my first time to use Dapper Ponds for my pond cleaning and David was great! I’ve had such bad experiences the last 10 years since I’ve owned two houses with ponds regarding general maintenance and upkeep! I feel relieved that I met David and feel good about the future upkeep and maintenance of my pond now!
