In a time of stress and anxiety I over mold and water damage, Juan and his team came in and helped remedy the situation. Communication was great, and everyone involved was professional and helpful. Emilio and the crew that came out helped me out and I can not give them enough praise. Anyone that needs help with mold remediation should be reaching out to this company. I came home to a flooded house on a Sunday evening due to my washer. I called 911 and they had a crew at my house within about 2 hours; by 530pm that evening. They even apologized for taking so long, explaining they had to go across town to the shop and get one of the trucks. The thing I appreciated the most was once they got there they just told me to relax, they were there now, and they are going to take care of it. They showed and explained everything they found and did, including what I needed to do or not do and what to expect. They were at the house daily, keeping in communication with me throughout. Everyone who came over to help from 911 was friendly and helped put my mind at ease. Thank you 911. While I hope I never need to use them again I know who my first call or recommendation would be.
