        Despite other comments over the course of ten years Dr Pratt has always provided necessary care. Additionally he has been extremely conscientious of my overall health and impact on treatment plans. I have been encouraged by Dr Pratt in seeking only necessary treatments. He has also patiently explained why treatments I inquired about were not ideal or inappropriate.

        They did unnecessary work on my children which I didn't realize until I changed dentists. I had a bad feeling I should have listened to! They also over charged me for about a year before realizing their mistake and reimbursing me.
