Arlo was the worst experience I had with a mortgage co. I filled out application turned in all paper work needed, did the councling and paid for an appraisal. It was supposed to take 30 to 45 days. 3 months later which I had not budgeted for was told they couldn't do it due to a loan I have . My problem is the loan papers to this loan was turned in at the beginning of the loan process .Was someone one not looking at the papers I sent in.This neglect costed my family monetary hardship. I qualify for a jumbo reverse ,but they wouldn't do one after all they put me through. I even did a lot o the work for the loan myself. I still haven't recovered financially

I currently have a reverse mortgage with another lender. The setup on that one went well, but I've been unsatisfied since then trying to get information on next steps. All Reverse Mortgage has a wealth of information on it's website on all kinds of questions. The articles and especially answers to questions posted there clarify details of topics like purchasing a home with a reverse mortgage when one already has a reverse mortgage on a different home. I even received a personal email in answer to a question I posted. If there is a next time for me, I will go with All Reverse Mortgage.

I had done some researching trying to get some answers to an issue. Im having with a Reverse Mortgage. This company responded to me personally the email and helped me in pointing me in the right direction. I havent had any results. Good results actually, but Cliff responded promptly with a lot of information pointed me in the right direction. This is the place to go if you really need some help.
