I never leave reviews but Jay and Aaron and WaterPointe Pools deserve one! Jay was extremely patient with us during our multi-faceted design phase - even putting up with a complete re-design of his first design. We lucked into good weather throughout the build, so from the demolition of our old pool to the final product - it was a great process. Our project manager Aaron was awesome - making sure we knew every step and so willing to put up with our questions! Delays beyond WaterPointe's control through the supply chain issues made it take a little longer - but we were told ahead of time and then Jay and Aaron immediately installed everything when it did arrive. I would recommend this company to everyone to use - I just wish we had reason to use them again because the amazing job they did I know will last a very long time! All in all I got 5 quotes for our pool. I chose them because at the end of the day, I felt that if anything went wrong, they would make it right. Jay took care of the pricing, terms, conditions etc. and have a clean handoff to Aaron whom oversaw the construction of the pool. From cradle to grave they were responsive, timely, and professional. Jay and Aaron at WaterPointe Pools did an awesome job in the design and construction of our new inground swimming pool, spa and patio!!! We had always wanted to have a backyard where we can entertain and relax with our family and that's exactly what we received and more!!! With two young grandsons and a college age daughter, we now have a backyard to invite friends and family. My neighbor used WaterPointe Pools and based on their recommendation we used them also! Being recently retired we can spend more time with friends and family:) Chris did an excellent job in building the patio!!! Waterpoint Pools met and exceeded my expectations with quality products, great design, great communications and taking care of the details!!! Highly recommend WaterPointe Pools!!!! We had the pleasure of working with Waterpointe this past year. We have been enjoying our backyard oasis for the past 3 months. We had a pool, spa, patio addition, gutters, and a sliding French door installed. We also had our house repainted. In any project there are going to be setbacks, unexpected things pop up, weather delays, etc. What impressed me the most is how both Jay and Aaron were responsive to all the hiccups that popped up and continuously answered our questions and concerns. They never had the response we thought a contractor would have. Instead, they always looked at ways to accommodate what we wanted to do. We would 100% recommend them for any project. Even 3 months later, they are still responsive to questions that may pop up. The support definitely doesn't end with construction. Jay and Aaron were not only professional, prompt, and knowledgeable about pools, they were also friendly, down-to-earth and a pleasure to work with. We received 5 different quotes from area companies and thankfully went with WaterPointe Pools. There was an honesty that is evident from the first meeting that extended throughout the pool build and we knew we were in good hands. This was our first pool installation, so we had many questions and Jay or Aaron were always available to clarify our concerns. They use top quality products and their team to do the labor is their team, so good quality work is ensured. They quoted a fair price with a 7 - 8 week turn around time. We had our pool going at 7 weeks! I would highly recommend using WaterPointe for your pool installation. Thank you, Jay and Aaronwe are loving it!
