Super friendly staff that happily walked us through the menu, since everything sounded so good. Got the Casian Pork Mi, Beef Bulgogi Mi, and waffle fries. All delicious.

No pate? No pickled veggies? No cilantro? And then youre gonna pile it with lettuce instead? I ordered a pork belly sandwich. The pork belly was cooked well and had a nice smokiness, which is why Im not giving them one star. Bottom line: for 14 dollars a banh mi should blow my mind. I can get better 5 dollar banh mi in LA.

OMG this is so good! I was going to take a photo, but it smelled so good I had to take a bite and then I just got carried away with the moment and forgot about the photo. I say that is a very good sign. Really looking forward to coming back and trying some of the other recipes

First off I would like to say thank you to the owner who answered the phone when the Grub Hub driver was lost and couldn't find the food trailer truck. He was very helpful and patient. Secondly that Cajun Asian banh mi sandwich was just so darn delicious! After my usual place closed down last year due to the pandemic, all of the places I went to just didn't have that kick or uumpf! I had the Cajun Asian banh mi and it was well worth paying for. They did not disappoint on flavor or size. the veggies inside were fresh and crisp, it had the sauce and it was dripping good. Usually I eat half of sandwich but I could not put that sandwich down and if you stop by to visit you definitely must try the truffle fries. Smoking Banh Mi keep up the good work you definitely have another customer!
