Eric was awesome! During the freeze on Feb 2021, when he was booked solid, he found time to squeeze me in. He advised minimal cost before he came out so there were no surprises. I had a leaking pipe in the master bathroom. He removed the bath tub by himself, sealed off the pipes and assisted me with the insurance. I'm appreciative since this my 1st ever claim. He made recommendations & referred contractors that he worked with. I've referred him to multiple friends & I HIGHLY recommend for any plumbing need that might arise. I would recommend not even getting another quote. Eric was quick to give an estimate; quick to do the work; ALWAYS responded quickly to a question; and did EXCELLENT work. He charged exactly what his estimate said. The paperwork also made it clear that there would be an extra charge for unforeseen circumstances (and he also verbally made sure we were aware of that) which we had. Again, Eric was quick to get the work done so he could proceed with our job. Best of all, his prices are SO reasonable it was almost unbelievable. We did get three estimates done. One was almost double of Eric’s price. The other was closer, but Eric was so thorough talking with us about what would need to be done, it was clear we wanted to use him for his expertise.
