I have used POGD for multiple clients and they just keep making me look good. I worked for a garage door repair company and they were only interested in high ticket commissions. They never expected return business. At Plano Overhead they care so they don't use commissions. This means when the tech shows up, he's not looking to charge as much as possible. One company quoted my client 385 over the phone so I knew it was wrong. Plano Overhead gave us a free estimate and it was done for 140. My client was thrilled and I look like a hero. Jarrod was very professional and respectable. He was able to explain the issues and make best recommendation. He showed up on Saturday when the weather was 30 degrees and worked for 3 hours in the freezing temperature to replace our garage door. He left the work area clean and provided recommendation on how to maintain our new door. I highly recommend Plano Overhead Garage door, starting with their Customer service team, technician and overall prices

Donny and Ryan's work installing a complete new garage door and system is beautiful and so quiet. Their customer service was outstanding and they went over and above on teaching me the mechanisms and future maintenance. It was very evident that they care about my family and take pride in their work. Also, the office staff are wonderful at communicating and thoughtful. A+++
