I am very sorry if someone was rude to you in the shop. I assure you that was not intentional. As for running behind, that happens more than I would like. We do our best but we have been very very short handed due to a whole lot of sickness among everyone it seems. I myself have a husband struggling with dementia caused from severe covid in Sept of 2021 when he nearly died after 12 days in critical condition in the ICU. The doctor wanted to send him home on hospice but I told her that Jesus was going to heal him. We saw a bonafide miracle but the severe drop in his O2 level left him with some dementia and he was my right hand in the shop. That same year, he fell and broke his hip which still causes him a lot of pain and that was then followed by losing one of our daughters to cancer. We also have a daughter who has been living with us after a motorcycle accident that left her with a traumatic brain injury leaving her homeless so besides trying to run the shop I have two patients that I am caregiver for. I had a fella working in the shop that managed the backroom and was trying to keep up with the stocking and cleaning the coolers, he was in the hospital from Dec to Feb in critical care leaving us with having to pick up the slack there. We have had people out with a myriad of illnesses from rsv, flu, covid etc. Finding help today is very hard. I am sorry you had a bad experience and I apologize for your inconvenience. This is not an excuse by the way, just an explanation of some of what's going on behind the scenes. I wish the best for you and hope wherever you go after us will be a better experience.

I am so sorry this customer was disappointed with her flowers. I really wish she had called me instead of just posting this online. It would have given me a chance to make amends but since the complaint is put on google, I have to respond on this site. The arrangement was $59.95. Her total including the tax, delivery and the pass on website fee came to $74.95. The arrangement that she picked out is a small arrangement in a $9.95 cube vase. It only consists of 3 roses, 3 yarrow , 1 dusty miller and 2 dahlias. The recipe for this arrangement is actually shown on line. That is what was put in the order. The wholesaler did not have the dahlias so we had to sub a similar flower but the stem count was the same. Dimensions for the arrangements are shown on the site. My big problem with many of the arrangements on these websites is that they are shown 1 sided even though some of them are all the way around. This is a all the way around arrangement so some of the flowers are on the other side. I have addressed this with Teleflora to no avail. I have asked them to put a disclaimer on there but it hasn't happened. I was told they want the customer to know every flower that will be in the arrangement. I think she would have been much happier with a designer's choice arrangement. I am hoping I will be able to deliver a complimentary arrangement to the recipient tomorrow if she is at work. That way she can have it for the holiday.As a follow up, I did send a complimentary arrangement to the recipient the next day. We never heard anymore from the sender but I feel we did what we could to make some kind of amends.
