I'm a new patient. I emailed the referral and xrays to the frontdesk email and made an appointment. At my appointment date and time, I arrived and the front desk 10 minutes early and they said they didn't receive the referral and could not see me with out it. I had to drive back home and re-send it to the same address I had sent it before. I checked to see that you had actually received it this time and drove the 30 minutes back to your office. After the exam it was indicated that you would email me the treatment plan. I waited two days and received no plan. I called your office to see what the problem was and picked the new patient phone option and waited 20 minutes on hold and finally gave up waiting. Considering my experience and the number of very poor reviews, it seems to me that emailing you about them has not solved any of the referenced problems and I don't expect this to change. You need new management and Corporate should get their act together if they intend to stay in business.

It took a minute to get in, despite having an appointment, but the dentist herself was very quick and for the first time in forever, it didn't feel like a dentist was giving me a huge list of expensive things that I HAD to get done. They didn't try to tell me I needed a crown where a filling would work. It did take a little time to get a treatment plan, but it was reasonably laid out and I look forward to working with them to get my teeth in shape.
