I used Giraffe Landscaping in February 2023 after an ice storm in Austin caused several large tree branches to fall at my house. Despite being a very busy time for landscaping & tree service companies Caleb and his team responded right away. They were able to provide a quote within a day of me providing the necessary information and came back to complete the job within a week (They removed the broken branches, fixed the cuts on the trees, raised the canopy and trimmed trees away from the house). Due to an accounting mix-up I ended up paying twice & Caleb refunded the extra payment within minutes of me asking. Will definitely use for future projects!

Caleb and his team did an outstanding job trimming our trees after the recent ice storm.  His team pulled out the partially broken branches, trimmed everything back and made sure the large limbs did not hit the house, fence, etc.  Then they came and hauled everything off and cleaned up the yard - looks great!  We had previously used a national tree service that was disappointing.  Never again, we will be going to Giraffe Tree & Landscaping for all their services.  Thanks guys, great job!

The winter storm in Austin TX in Feb 2023 caused lots of tree damages. Tree companies were swamped, voice mail boxes full, no returns to device calls. Tree cutting price also skyrocketed. After a dozen calls, leaving voice mails, I was surprised that I was able to get connected to a live person 'Celeb', the owner of Giraffe Tree and Landscaping Services. Of course his quote was just as high everybody else. But when I called him back asking him to match one competitor's bid, he was very reasonable and accepted the request. I then decided to select Celeb's company based on two reasons: licensed and fully bonded (which is important for operating with chainsaw), and the way he described to me about cleaning and sealing the branches after cutting to help for regrowing (sounds more professional than some of the quotes of just cutting the beaches). One day before he was scheduled to do the job, I got a call from another company quoting me for 40% of his price, which made me hard not to investigate into the details. I texted Celeb explaining the situation and asked him to give me one week to look into that quote further. Celeb was very understandable and professional, he pulled  me off the work list that night before the job start, without any complaints and upsetting. One week later, after investigating and making more calls into that bidding companies with no answers, I realized that company was either a fake or not trustworthy, I went back to Celeb giving him my verdict and asking him to put me back on the job list. He was very responsive and immediately put me to his next week queue. The workers came finished the work, they came again based on feedbacks and Celeb himself came out even the third time to make the job perfect! He is just so professional and customer centric! I was very glad that I picked him as my contractor. And at last, he pleasantly surprised me and gained my respect even more, when I made a mistake Zelle him $2500 more. He immediately acknowledged the extra payment and within minutes he zelled me back the the money. I was so thankful for having such a honest person as my contractor, as I was very scared the moment I made the mistake and worried if it would be hard or even if I can ever get it back! Again it proved important to do business with trust worthy company and company that is properly registered and doing long term local business. I am very happy with his work and the way they treat customers. I told Celeb that I would do all my future landscaping work with him! He has got a loyal customer here!

Regardless how busy one may be, it is very poor customer service to not respond to inquiries made.
