        UPDATE: Still the same, like a Mexican cantina. People blasting Mexican music, kids here who cannot speak English with the remote to make sure the customers are not happy. Many machines not working. Respect our community. What the heck happened to this place? Many tv's set up for people who do not speak English. Can't fold your clothes there. I see the manager sitting on the bar stool while on her cell phone. Machines must not need cleaning on her shift. Starting to look all west side. Note the people who work here turned off the fans and set the temp over 80. I watched him set multiple thermostats, all over 80. It is very unpleasant. What happened to this place? UPDATE: from bad to worse. Spanish music piped in while all TV volume off. 3 load dryers, almost half are broken. Out of 24, 13 work. That means 11 out of order. Same with the 5 load dryers. Very sad to watch the business fail.

        sign on front of building says "no mascotas (no pets)", but the employees do not enforce this rule. disgusting to see pets inside scratching at fleas. i would recommend doing your laundry elsewhere.

      Thanks Jay for your review. Yes, we do not allow animals in our store typically but there are exceptions like service animals and on rare occasions when its 100 degrees out and they have a dog in the car.
