    Contacted the company for a service repair, left a message on their main number and on the service request number. Did not hear anything for several days, called again. Finally received confirmation that someone would try and come out. The service technician arrived, repaired the broken union (left the broken union piece on the plumbing though) and then "replaced" the other union that was NOT even cracked. Mind you, I bought the two unions myself and wanted to have the second one on hand in anticipation of future needs. They were also called out to look at my flow switch. I asked if he would replace it if it was damaged and he said that he would have to call the "boss" first to get permission, that they do not carry flow switches as standard equipment...mind you, I told them ahead of time that my system indicated no flow and that the switch probably needed to be replaced because water was still running through the system. The service tech takes care of the plumbing and then some and leaves; no flow light is still on. I call the main office to find out what is going on with my flow switch and next steps. They do not know and tell me to call the tech. I call the tech and leave a message. No return call. The next day I call the main office because I still have not heard from the tech and decided to just close out my service order and go with another company. They charged me $175 for the service call, used my own replacement pieces, left the broken piece hanging off of my plumbing, replaced a piece that was not even damaged, and left me with an inoperable salt cell (due to the a faulty flow switch). The good news...Pure Swim came out the same day, replaced the flow switch, did not charge me a dime. And called today to make sure everything was still functioning. I am sticking with Pure Swim. Their service call is only $90 compared to Poolwerx's $175.

    I am VERY disappointed with this company. They did a "green to go" cleaning and the water never cleared up. The tech said it would take several days. I waited and waited but it just got worse. When I called to complain they said I had waited too long. They wanted more money to come finish the job. I said that wasn't right. They then came and took a picture of the pool. I called to find out the next step and the lady said she would have the service manager call me back. Chris would not return my many phone calls. I feel like we were totally ripped off! Bobby has always followed through with us before. We spent $13,000 getting this pool installed. Chris or Rich never called back or came to finish the job. Now the pool is as dark green as it was before.

    Poolwerx is a life saver!!! The employees are always helpful and never try to sell you products you don’t need. They have been our go to place for our hot tub supplies for over a year. Recently I had trouble balancing the water after a drain and refill, so I called for help. They had me bring in a sample of the water, tested it, and then told me exactly what was needed to finally balance the water chemicals! They provide this service for free, provide a print out of the details, and save it in your profile for easy future reference. I was able to balance the water that day!!! Every single person we have ever dealt with at this location has been professional, knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly. We won’t go anywhere else for our hot tub supplies!!!
