We have had issues ever since moving in, issues that have been escalated to the company that owns the property and the management hasnt been understanding at all and doesnt bother responding to emails or phone calls. Save your money and find a more reputable living space for you and your family. We will not be renewing our lease.

I loved when I first moved here, but this last year has been an ordeal. My water began leaking back in January, and 10 visits to the office and 9 work orders later, its the middle of August. On top of that, we havent had hot water in a few weeks due to the tub constantly gushing water out. Its been running for so long, its actually eroded the tub. Time after time I was told that the issue would be addressed with haste. At first I was told that due to the management change, my previous work orders werent carried over. So I placed new ones. Theyve come into my apartment 3-4 times and havent fixed anything. All that was done was that my tub was shut off. Its hilariously started to leak again. The plumbers showed up finally, told me what needed to be done but told me theyd have to go and talk to the office since they werent going to want to pay for their services do to overtime. After not hearing anything back I had to actually call the office only to find out that they werent going to have them fix anything and that Id have to wait until Monday to get everything fixed. So, no hot water, and no showers for us for the weekend. (Not like that was anything new at this point) Guess what, its Monday night, and not a peep. Even after stating that the management change was in response to the previous managements negligence, nothing has changed. For the thousands of dollars that we pay in rent, Id have hoped that things would be better than this. Sorry to anyone whos water bill might have been higher than normal for the past 9 months.
