The Pointe at Ramsgate

The parking here is now completely ridiculous. They have removed ALL visitor parking and now guests must pay $10 per hour through a 3rd party app. They will tow if you do not pay. Very very disappointed in this obvious cash-grab.

The staff in this complex is so friendly and helpful! We have loved our time here at joule. Britney is the best!

After revised management. Things have taken a drastic change for the better. The staff are friendly, with freshly painted parking stalls and a new TEXT TO PASS system this has turned out to be one of the netter apartments for the price. Management is always friendly even with issues that may arise.

This apartment is horrible!!!! Don’t live here!!!! There are bugs everywhere and the office staff is the worst. They over charge you any chance they get and maintenance is never available

These apartments are a great deal but the attitude of the girl in front office is why I'm leaving a 2 star review. I called multiple times and texted multiple times to get an appt but didn't get a response. Decided to do a walk in and the phone is literally flashing red, no visitors in sight but the phones still cant be answered. The girl that did assist us made it seem like we were a bother to her.
