You don't get to raise someone's rent an extra $100 for another 12 month lease, an extra $200 for a six month lease, and an extra $400 for a month to month lease without getting a one-star review. We have been paying $1350 a month for the last twelve months for a two bedroom two bath on the top floor. Which is almost too much for this apartment in of itself. We just got our renewal options and I am not too happy about it. We have been great tenants. For them to think raising someone's rent in such a drastic way makes them ethical is so far from out of touch with reality it is unbelievable. But in our current age it is not so much about being ethical anymore. What about current inflation has made my rent go up? I pay for my utilities. I pay for my trash. I pay for my water. So then what about the apartments cost went up to charge me an extra boat load per month for rent? They surely did not raise their employees wage.... maybe the new gym equipment? Oh it must have been their property tax they're adjusting for. I am not happy about this. I am shocked people put up with this. You decide.

Siena On Sonterra apartments have excellent management and stellar customer service. Alex and John are super sweet and polite and are always there to help. They show compassion and understanding and go the extra mile for residents. Maintenance is very prompt and professional and resolved my issues the same day! The property is absolutely beautiful and located in a prestige location. The pool is luxurious and the amenities are amazing! I’m so glad I moved here! I will be staying for a long time! I can also enjoy the tasty restaurants next door to the apartments! This is a great place to live!

Worst place I ever lived. Over priced, no place to park, and there was a change in management every 3 months. Would not recommend this place to anyone.
