I would give it 0 stars but can't. They don't EVER answer the phone. Most annoying thing ever because you have no choice but to go in the office. The manager is NEVER EVER EVER EVER there and the girls in the office don't ever know anything with a nasty attitude. I'm still waiting for them to fix stuff in my apartment including my oven that I have NOT been able to use since I moved in and I have been here for a few months. If you say anything to them then they start leaving notices on your door. I had to call corporate on them because of it. Very ghetto. Don't recommend.

Finally got an apartment I can enjoy. Unhappy for a year until new management team came in, and helped me. Hopefully I can now sit back and relax without running to the office about poor service.

Went there for a scheduled appointment to walk through apartments and scope the place out, but when I arrived I was informed by the staff that they had seen no such appointment on their schedule and that a 3rd party was handling their scheduling and that I would need to come back another day or take a "virtual tour". Needless to say I wasted nearly an hour of my time commuting back and forth to their location and the management had no information about my scheduled appointment via their website. Massive waste of time and gas.

Have not had hot watwr in months. Have put work orders in and no one has come to see what the problem is. Have called the front office where they barely answer our calls. And tell us they will maintenance and still no running hot water. Yes they can charge us 100$ for water. 20$ for gas but wont fix anything!
