I have banked with SSFUC for over 10 years, and I would never trust anymore with my money more than them! Their customer service is superb, and today I got the pleasure of being helped my Monica, Javier, and Isiah. All three of these individuals were kind, professional, and knowledgable about how best to help me with my auto loans.

Customer service was not good today. They did not want to process my cash advance. When they previously used to do so. Had no problems before when I would go inside, but now forced to do Drive-through because Covid-19, they didnt want to process my transaction. Went to rbfcu and they did my cash advance. Like normal. Mind you I do this transaction often. Also I came back to deposit the money they didnt want to process before after rbfcu did and took twice as long as normally for a simple cash deposit.
