Reply to Owner: It is true Mr. Gonzales was the customer of record however due to being elderly and limited to Spanish, verbal authorization was given to both Robert and Pearl at Miracle Body & Paint (MB&P) on or about (08/20/2022) by Mr. Gonzales. If it had been requested in writing it would have been given. After several communications, MB&P later conveniently revoked Mr. Gonzales's verbal authorization when I expressed the unfairness in which Mr. Gonzales received from Robert. Mr. Gonzales attempting to get a status of the repairs from Robert between 08/20/2022 and 09/20/2022 and received different answers that didn't seem correct. Ultimately Robert explained he had spoken to the insurance company and that they had expressed that due to the total cost of repairs the vehicle may be considered for a total loss but not to worry because he convinced them otherwise. When Mr. Gonzales relayed this information to me. My thought was: A total loss for replacement of a fender and an axle? I explained to Mr Gonzales if that were being considered he would certainly receive a call from his insurance provider and that the conversation would involve compensation for the value of the vehicle. This put Mr. Gonzales somewhat at ease. I contacted Mr. Gonzales insurance company to determine if they were considering the vehicle for total loss and was advised that it's not being considered and that they were waiting on MB&P for the final bill. I explained I am trying to determine why its taking so long to repair and return the vehicle. The agent then advised they did not receive an estimate from MB&P until around 09/25/2022, approximately 1 month after the vehicle was delivered to MB&P and are still waiting for the final amount of the repairs. After explaining the above to Robert and requesting to speak to a Manager or the owner, Geronimo, a manager employed there at the time, took over overseeing the repairs. Geronimo determined if they purchased all of the hardware required to rebuild the rear axle they could avoid waiting to receive a new axle which currently is on back order and refer the job of rebuilding the axle to The Twisted Axle. Just down the street from MB&P. Mr. Gonzales consented to the repairs and Geronimo had the vehicle delivered. Unfortunately, Geronimo left prior to completion of the repairs and again we experienced further issues in dealing with Robert. When the owner of the Twisted Axle attempted to remove the tire nuts to remove the tires he realized the lock nut key was not in the vehicle. He contacted MB&P and spoke to Robert who advised him to "break them off". The owner of the Twisted Axle then contacted me explaining the same. I contacted Robert at that time to inquire on the key to remove the nuts. He advised me I am not on the contract so he doesn not need to speak with me and hung up. This is when I attempted to reach the owner leaving a message and did not receive a returned call. The owner of the Twisted Axle did a little research and found another way to remove the locked nuts and replace the nuts with a new lock nut set. Very professionally handled. Mr. Gonzales received his vehicle on or about 02/25/2023. All in all Mr. Gonzales was without his vehicle from 08/20/2023 to 02/25/2023, 6 months. Fortunately Mr. Gonzales has not experienced any further issues thanks to the expertise provided by The Twisted Axle. Regardless if I was on the contract or not the above is precisely what occurred it describes the unprofessionalism and lack of attention to a customer who chose to have their vehicle repaired by Miracle Body and Paint. I would not post this if it were not true. Consumers deserve to receive enough information to make their own decisions and I would not want anyone else to experience the frustration that Mr. Gonzales experienced and clearly expressed to me. He truly believed he would never see his vehicle again.

Everyone wS outstanding Pear Ramirez Front office staff Any B Luke R. Highly recommend this place. Customer service was/is well outstanding is the word I think of although it's not fitting as they went beyond that Definately 5 stars na make it 6 Services: Body & Trim, Painting

Great customer service! They said it was going to take up until summertime to get my truck finished, but it literally took a month and a half!!
