They never answer the phone . You can call as many times and as long as you want and they will never answer

Walked in and waited for 5 minutes while actively watching two counter people to sit on their cell phones, finally get called to the counter and the kid has a smirk the entire time. I told him I'm just there for a basic pick up and that I was told by another store that it would be ready and that they had confirmed it was there just for the kids to be confused for 15 minutes. I informed him that the other store had already called and confirmed that they had it so he needed to find it and he walked away from me. He then comes back with another guy and they give me blank excuses as to why it's not there and explain to me that it wasn't even until just a couple minutes ago that they received the order when it should have been placed in about 45 minutes ago. They then asked me if I wanted to go to a different store which is when I reminded them that the entire reason I came here and the kid chuckled and said okay and turned away
