I never wrote a review that quick after a service but after taking service from Jamie today, I felt I needed to write something. I pulled up with a engine light on and even though we didnt come to a solution Im still happy with the way Jamie did his customer service. I felt he was caring. A simple kindness goes a long way, specially for people like me with very little knowledge about car and kinda panicked what to do. Jamie if you are reading this, I want you to know I appreciate you for your time and kindness!!

Went to switch my alternator and was told that it was charging, the problem is the bearing are humming loud meaning it might go out, I've switched it 3 times in the last 2 months and don't mind switching it because it's easy. So they said they are not able to switch it because it is charging, every other oriely they exchange it because of the simple fact that I'm not from the area and they don't want me to have issues on the road. I personally don't have an issue with oriely just this particular store.
