Hire more staff and quicker. It shouldn't take ten min a customer. Move quicker and hire more. It's unacceptable on a Saturday, you know is going to be busy to be understaffed.

If I could give a lower review I would, this bank constantly and continues to put a hold on my cards, any transaction can trigger for a hold on my bank cards. I would not recommend anyone to this bank, I would put my money under my pillow before I use this bank, they are terrible.
