Avis Car Rental

Pick-up took forever since they were behind. Booked the mystery car, which ended up being a Hyundai Ioniq 5 EV. I dont recommend an EV in San Antonio since there are few good charging spots. Had to drop off late due to charging and was told I could put the keys in the drop box no problem since we had a 2 day rental but then was charged a late fee. Will try somewhere else next time.

Easy return and pick up. Enter from Crockett St and Avis area is right next to the entrance and had direct access to the Avis office. Staff was friendly and nice. They do inspect your car when you return or pick up, which is good. Limited choices though, but I got lucky and had a convertible for my one way rental to the airport!

Super quick and easy pick-up of my rental! The person who helped me was really friendly and professional, and I was ready to be on the road in less than 10 minutes. They also let me keep the car in the garage overnight, which was a godsend in an area with super expensive parking. Thank you!

Just stopped at this Avis with a slow leak in a front tire. The guys here were amazing. They fixed us up and sent us on our way without any issues. Amazing customer service

Fraudelant company! I rented a car for 1 day. The car wasn't ready at my pick up time. I payed in full at pick up time. The car was not full of gas and backseat was full of dog hair. When I dropped it off at the airport they charged me almost 50% more fees for drop off, which wasn't disclosed to me and isn't mentioned anywhere on my contract. They also charged me a fuel fee for a service I never opted into and after I already filled the tank more than when I picked it up. The manager at Avis San Antonio did nothing to resolve any of these issues.
