Terrible place to conduct business, you would expect for the money spent in this place that your equipment would be installed correctly. I had to have both my radio and amplifier re-wired after these geniuses were done with it. The radio kit that was installed was also the incorrect one as it wouldn't allow the radio to open up and accept a cd/DVD. After paying a PROFESSIONAL to PROPERLY install my gear I feel ripped off!!!!!!

Really bad experience; worst experience actually. The guys installed wrong size speakers and tried to install used, dusty extra pair of speakers I requested. They won't tell you they are out of the right equipment, will just install what they can or have to get your money.

NOT A GOOD PLACE TO GO. Took my new stereo in to have it installed. I came back a hour later and paid for the install and then they told me they had problems and scratched up my dash and basically butchered up the install. The guy said it was because I had a cheap stereo and it didn't fit right. However, they sell the same exact stereo in their store. When I talked to the manager he said he didn't do the install so therefore there was nothing he could do about it. He did refund me part of the installation charge, but was not willing to do anything about the damage done to my truck. If you value your vehicle and your stereo do not go anywhere near this place, you can probably get better service at the zoo.
