The guys who pick up & deliver are prompt, professional and friendly. They always make sure I am 100% satisfied before they leave. I had an old rug that was neglected for years but had sentimental value for a member of my family. The rug was heavily soiled by dogs for years. I tried cleaning it myself using that Arm and Hammer vacuum powder to no avail. I tried renting a Bissell carpet cleaner from HEB which was also ineffective. I finally swallowed my pride and took it to Aladdin mostly because they are the only company that cleans area rugs. The old musty stench remained despite my efforts. I called and got an estimate for my size rug. It came out to just below $160. I brought it in and they said it would take about a week. About one week later, I got an email saying my rug was ready for pick up. To my very pleasant surprise, the cost was exactly what they quoted me AND they did an outstanding job of removing the pet stench from my old yet sentimental rug. I was suspicious at first but I am satisfied with the work that Aladdin did for me. I will use them again if I ever need a carpet or rug cleaned and I would also fervently recommend them to anyone looking for a quality cleaning. If you have a rug that’s a real stinker like I did, skip the headaches of the DIY carpet cleaning and leave it to the professionals. You’ll be glad you did.
