This place is like a prison, they like to keep the children all together locked up inside. Made child drink from a bottle instead of cup. They didn’t find it necessary to adjust and provide all kids with the needed development progression tools and equipment. Child said they spent most of the day watching tv. It’s not a place for your child to learn or develop. When staff was confronted they got very defensive and tried to say my child was lying. This was not a good fit for us to say the least. Director felt the need to mention that I was getting assistance from the state and they got paid so leaving wasn’t going to affect them. Very professional, right!!! Needless to say I contacted the state office assisting us and they made sure to request a refund and I was able to apply to new child care center.

The post by Darlene Reyes is made by a parent using an alias. She did not use her real name probably because she has an ongoing CPS case, even before enrolling at my center. As a director I am responsible to report any suspicious occurrences with children and I did just that. Licensing investigated this matter and my center was cleared. This investigation can be referenced using the online DPS site. I encourage all parents to research any daycare before enrolling your child in another's care, this includes my center as well.

If I could give Ms Norma & staff above a 5 I would. Small ratio of kids which I love the little ones get more attention & the staff is always attentive and loving them unconditionally, my son has always been a picky eater they always made sure he ate something else or even made him a separate meal just to ensure he wasnt on a empty stomach through the whole day. My babies love it here oh so much. I have no complaint whatsoever. Appreciate y’all so much for taking us in when the other daycare closed without a notice. Blessings to all of you.
