        They returned a shirt to me and behind both of the arms were horribly shredded. They didn't even tell me it happened, just returned the shirt without letting me know it was ruined. I spoke with the owner. He was very rude and condisending. He basically laughed at me saying that's what dry cleaning does to shirts and I had no right to any money for the shirt. I explained to him it was a newer shirt and had only been dry cleaned a couple of times. He didn't care. They even charged me for the dry cleaning of the ruined shirt.
