Sonic Drive-In

Waited 5 minutes for a vanilla coke and mozzarella sticks. Someone stood at the drive thru and never bothered to acknowledge me or anything. Drove off. 1020 AM. Lazy staff. Drove to McDonald's and gave money to competition.

We were just there for an order for Fredrick. While we placed it on the app, the staff was only taking drive thu orders. No biggie, we pulled to the drive thru. Food was good & they were extremely nice even when most likely going through a big rush/short staffed. We will be back :) Also, remember to tip these workers! It goes to them & they deserve it.

Spent 30 minutes waiting for someone to answer the red button. Pressed it 3-4 times and never got an answer. I understand being short staffed, but this is the 3rd time this week Ive tried to go to sonic and have had to leave due to no response. I will not be retuning until they can respond to customers.

Ordered a grilled chicken sandwich... should have taken a picture. The chicken was a triangle half the size of the bun, about 3 inches tall and 2 inches wide at the base. Ridiculous.

5/5. I frequently ask restaurant staff for their recommendations on what to try. Most give vague or uninspired responses. This last visit I spoke with a Jake Hernandez, he was enthusiastic and gave a perfect recommendation. I commend him for being so knowledgeable of the menu and his desire to share his thoughts. 5/5. The purpose of this visit was to allow my 3yr old to get the wiggles out and I took her to this sonic for the little play ground. It is very clean and well lit. Perfect place to take a child. 4/5. The only criticism I have for my visit was the length of time for the food to be delivered. Saying that, I was there for the play ground not the meal, so late in the day. It took 40 minutes for the food to be provided, without any complaint or desire for recompense, the meal was provided with a refund and the staff was immensely apologetic. I believe the issue was my doing, i placed the order in the stall and left my vehicle. I do not feel this is a common problem for this staff and was glad that if it did happen, it happened to allow my daughter to play on the slide, a bit longer. Even without the refund I recommend this sonic, specifically. Good staff, clean play ground, and a great environment. 5/5. Jake Hernandez's recommendation was: the chili-fries w/Baja sauce. Nothing crazy but it was perfect and hit the spot.
