I went to take my mom for a quick bite. The line was out the door. The line togo was too. The three individuals working were very kind, busy, stressed and did what they could to assist everyone. They could not keep up. It was good, clean and they are hiring. Thanks DQ..Oh the Blizzards!! The Best!!

Food was wrong and the Little Manager has/had a big attitude problem she needs counseling, this person is the type that will split in your food. YOU NEVER YELL ACROSS THE RESTAURANT ESPECIALLY AT A/THE GUESTS as there was like 10 people eating/ordering...

My friend and I went to order blizzards at the drive-thru, however the people walking in received their orders quicker than we did. Also, people really like DQ because the line for the drive-thru was at least six cars deep. No one got out of line to leave. They waited patiently. Our orders were great.

Employee training on how to be customer friendly is really needed also how to work as a team and be more efficient. The personal that was there was trying but obviously needs a better leader. I always return for the ice cream and some days the service is excellent.

Vincent is wonderful! We received a friendly, welcoming, smiling greeting the moment we walked in the door! We just had a horrible experience at the other Dairy Queen on Perrin Beitel. We waited 10 minutes on line, no greeting, no we'll be right with you, and the drive thru cars that arrived after us were getting their orders first. We walked out and came here. Vincent totally made up for it! He patiently answered our questions on the different varieties of brownie blizzards. We did not have a long wait, and we were able to enjoy it there while we complimented his service to his manager. This is our new spot and our friends spot now, because of Vincent. Thank you for a great job in customer service! Keep up to great work! You'll be management before you know it!
