Would give 10 stars if they allowed!!! Spectacular customer service. And true to picture beautiful flower arrangements! Delivery made as promised same day even though I was worried it wouldn't make it. Beyond elated with the experience when ordering from across the country! Thanks for making my grandmother's birthday so very special!!!

I work with a florist in Kansas City and using the Teleflora wire service, I sent an order to this florist for one of my clients. It was going to funeral services which my client attended and there wasnt an arrangement delivered on their behalf. I attempted to reach this florist and received no response via phone or the wire service. After many attempts and no response or confirmation of delivery, I cancelled the order and had it delivered by another florist to the deceaseds family. This florist then denied the cancel - the only communication I ever received from them. I still cannot get them to return/answer the phone or respond via wire service. Teleflora was no help. When sending orders out for customers, all funds with the exception of a wire service fee are sent to filling florist. This florist received full payment and cant provide the courtesy of a professional response. We then had to pay a 2nd florist out of pocket to correct for this not so Inspirational florist.
