Bella Vista at Hunter Ranch has to have the worst communication in this city as far as home sales are concerned. There is little to no communication. The front office staff always forgets to follow up, will not call or email back. If you are looking to buy a home from Bella Vista at Hunters Ranch I would think twice if you would like to be included in your home buying prices as a customer.

We had reserved a house in hunters ranch two days ago from this posting. When we went to look at the house we noticed right away that the dimensions were off from advertised listing. I took measurements of most main rooms and requested the blueprints from Rachel. Garage local listing was supposed to be 18ft wide and 20ft in depth, I measured the width at 17ft 6 in and the depth at 19ft 5in with an estimated sq ft loss of $1875. At 525 pm on 2 Feb 2021 I requested the blueprints to compare measurements. It is now 1148 am 3 Feb 2021 and I am yet to recieve the measurements and the price has jumped up 4k. It appears to be a tactic of question our build and well hike up the price to try and force a non questioning buy. I highly do not recommend anyone do business with them if they are applying these shady practices. This also does not include multiple build discrepancies I found on the walk through. If you do choose to do business with Bella Vista, I highly encourage that you request prints and measurements and hold them accountable. Who knows how many more people were scammed into a quick buy from this company or any others. Will never do business with
