Keeping this as brief as possible, my vehicle spent 5 months here with a resulting bill of over $8,000. After fighting to get my vehicle back, I took it to an ASE cert. mechanic and they verified that $5,538 worth of repairs I was charged for were either done poorly or not at all. BBB has posted the complaint and the Texas attorney general now has a file to build their case. Being charged for repairs that are not done or recommending needless repairs is illegal, as is my issue. Do the BBB search before dealing with this company and when you find these issues, contact the Texas attorney general. They have the power to press charges. The photos show improper installation/repairs, repairs that were not completed, or parts damaged during installation.

They are not thorough and seem to be too busy to care. I recommend you find another place. Don't stand behind their work.

Take your money and run before they do. Seemed okay but had to pay someone else to get the work done correctly.

**DO NOT GO HERE** I would give them a zero if possible. I purchased $1000.00 worth of tires on 3/15/21 at Discount Tires who do not do wheel alignment. They recommended Aplus Auto. My truck didn't seem right and got worse after a trip to Corpus 5/2/21. My son who has been a diesel mechanic for 40 years checked out the tires and said they were not any good. He said tires only get ruined like that when an alignment has not been done! I was certainly charged for a wheel alignment. I stopped to show them the damage on my tires. They insisted they did perform the wheel alignment. If they did, they did it incorrectly because there was repair needed in there before the wheel alignment. They said once I got my new tires they would charge me AGAIN to align my new tires. While I was there multiple disgruntled people came through with a variety of complaints. Owner couldn't care less. They DO NOT BACK THEIR WORK AT ALL. Take your dollar somewhere else. Services: Brake service & repair, Oil change, Wheel alignment

A plus really went out of their way to help me out, not only did they fix my window, but for a great price. They even got the part ordered and delivered the same day to get me back on the road. Other shops told me to go to a glass shop and glass shops wouldn't work on it. Would definitely use them again.
