I have been with Dr. Padia since I moved here from California. Dr. Padia is a great and very intelligent doctor. She is very compassionate and determined to find a solution to a problem. Her staff is very professional, they address me in a very professional way There is never a moment where I feel I'm being disrespectful or not welcome. Who wants to see a doctor, no one does, but I do because I love seeing Dr. Padia and her staff. I travel from New Braunfels to Hausman to see Dr. Padia, so what's that tell you! She is worth the travel.

Those people at the front desk are miserable. They don’t respect patients, and the manager is a young egomaniac lady who doesn’t listen and seems like it’s her first job.

Great doctors, love this location. Friendly staff and the girl who draws blood is very gentle. Usually it takes them several tries with my veins.

Alejandra at the front desk was great as was the entire staff. I appreciate the thoroughness Dr K-G showed me and her warm bedside manner. Only the lag time waiting to be seen kept this from being a 5 star review.

I've been looking for weeks to get in to a primary care physician, and this is the first place that would take me- I wish I would've kept looking. The staff, as well as the doctors, seem very unprofessional and insecure. They are majorly lacking in confidence, and it seems like their goal is just to diagnose you with something and get you out the door. I went in to see my doctor for a simple cough, and the next thing I know she was telling me I could either have asthma, an autoimmune disease, or maybe it could just be bronchitis. I did not feel listened to, or understood. Moreover, after having some bloodwork done, I literally cannot get a hold of them for the results. I gave them specific times to call me because of my busy schedule, and they have only called me during times that I am unavailable. Every time I try to call back, I am either forwarded to an answering service, or the phone rings for 20 minutes without anyone picking up. I am very disappointed, and once I get my bloodwork results, I will not be coming back here.
