Made a order for my daughter on 08/27/21 for her birthday and still haven’t received anything…. It’s October 11th already! Where’s my order???? Emailed customer service and nothing.

Subscribed to the boxes and stopped receiving in July.... They are still charging me for the subscription though. I have tried using their chat feature, left several emails and I have tried calling. They have not responded to any of my communication or answered their phone. If I could give zero stars I would. DO NOT SUBSCRIBE. STAY CLEAR OF THIS VENDOR.

I received the first box only after I contacted Kay's magic because it had been a number of weeks since I was charged. I was charged a subsequent four more months and received nothing. Do yourself a favor and find a subscription box that actually sends things out on time and responds to their email. From everything I've been reading, those I've talked to,and my personal experience they don't respond to their email either.

I never received my orders from June or July (writing this in August), no response to two emails I've sent so far. If the owner is reading this, please just let people know what the status of their order is, instead of complete lack of any customer service. The only way to cancel is to email them, and they don't answer. My only solution was to pause my account until next year.

Loved the boxes while I got them, and supporting a small business. Unfortunately having the same issues as most of the reviews already left here. Got the March through June boxes. Then nothing in July through September. I had to take my card off the subscription service due to no response from two emails left in late July/early August. Didn't do it soon enough though, so I got charged for September. Sent another email today requesting a refund, but I'm not sure I'll get a response.
