I can't find the actual hotel Marriott Bonvoy on Google reviews so I'll review here hoping someone reads before booking a stay. I did not have a pleasant experience. I booked my stay though person via telephone for 6 nights and when I arrived they only had me down for 1 night. Thankfully they were able to fix it but after a long day of flights it was a stress I didn't need. The room it self was over priced, nothing special for what they were charging. There was a peice of the base board that was completly ripped off the wall and a lot of stains on the carpet. I believe their rates should have been much lower. The worst part of the stay was the bathroom. First off the shower was terrible. Everytime someone in the hotel flushed the water went freezing, it was constant and the worst showering experience in a hotel I've ever had. There was mildew on the shower wall as well as the shower curtain and the tub was stopped up and wouldn't drain. There was no fan in the bathroom so it turned into a sauna with fogged up mirrors making it impossible for one to apply makeup or do ones hair. Just all around frustrating. They advertised having balconies in all their rooms well when my husband went out to sit in one of the chairs it was rusted and broken and it ripped his jeans as he stood up. Besides the room the staff wasn't very friendly, they had room service witch I tried to order the first morning, I waited an hr for my breakfast before finally calling down to find out they lost my order. For the price of the drinks at the bar you would think the bartenders would try and be nice but no, they really were not all that friendly. This is not a hotel I would reccomend staying at. The best thing here were the beds, at least they were comfortable!

First an foremost if ur gonna charge people 230 a night please give us breakfast for free like really . I get it if ur broke dont complain but it's the little thingst that matter most .
