McNeel Plumbing, LLC

I emailed McNeel Plumbing this past Saturday via their website requesting a quote, Pete McNeel called me on Monday and we agreed for him to come out this morning, 05/26/21, at 9:30am and it is 11:00am now and he still hasn't shown up...he hasn't called either. My boyfriend just now called the company and spoke with Pete and he basically told him that he was too swamped today with jobs in Boerne. I'm very disappointed because the reviews on their website are very good but when it comes to potential customers who live in town (inside Loop 410) they take a back seat and he doesn't even have the decency to show up or call them. No matter how great the reviews are beware consumer, some companies only cater to higher class areas in the San Antonio area.

We had a major break in both our sewer lines in our home. I was recommended to McNeel and I would gladly recommend them to others. Pete is an AMAZING genuine guy. He kept My husband and I in the loop everyday on the process and progress of our repair. Any questions we had were always answered and never left us wondering. All the staff was polite and professional. I will be using them again for all our plumbing needs. Service: Leak investigation and repair
