Chris Moore and Dan Eason have truly outdone themselves! Their Company Energized Real Estate is innovative and spectacular. I have found them both amazingly helpful, in so many aspects. They provide homeowners with an awesome realtor liaison service that helps you find the best fit for you and your family. They Turbo Charge “Home comparative analysis” and bring it to a completely new level, with their own detailed data analysis. They take that very complex data and curate it clearly, so that those of us who are not stats inclined, get it. All these services accomplish goals faster and achieve greater results, all the while managing your expectations so that you never feel as if you were let down or mislead (something often missing in the real estate industry).
MY personal Experience with Energized Real Estate was one that started as a collaborative effort for a shared client. I am a New Homes Consultant for a Custom Home Builder in Boerne and Chris Moore referred a wonderful family to my office. Traditionally, when clients come to us from a referral source, that source will come to the first meeting and then step back from the process, occasionally that source will check in for updates, not so, for Chris Moore. He came to every event in which we interacted with the Client, from initial lot inspections, to every design meeting and Contract signing. He provided essential data on the neighborhoods they were looking to build in and even assisted in what architectural features they should look to include in their home for the best possible resale value based on that data. Chris’s involvement respected the process of designing a home; he was excited to learn about new construction on a deeper level and did so with professionalism and unparalleled dedication to his client’s greatest outcome. It was impressive to have a third party not only attend these meetings but also add value to them.
This was my First experience working with Energized Real Estate and since then, Chris has helped many of my clients find the best Realtors to list their home in their respective cities (Houston and Corpus Christi) as well as help them make informed decisions about the best path for listing their home through their data collection. I do not think I could list everything they can do here and now, but what I will say is that if you are looking to buy, sell, or build a home, I 100% recommend Energized Real Estate, because there involvement can only add value to your investment and provide the best experience for you possible.
