Make sure you get your payments out ON TIME!! They have no reminders and NO GRACE period! They will wait till enough days have gone by to charge you their $500 late fee!! I'm sure that's how they are making their money.
At least they get their service people out within a commendable amount of time. That's they only reason they get 1 star.

Hello,Thank you for taking time to leave a review. We are sorry to hear of your displeasure with the terms of the lease you signed with the owner. We would like to make sure anyone reading is aware that Texas law does require a grace period for rents to be received. Your lease states rent is due on the 1st of every month, and late fees are applied beginning the 4th. Our owners do employ us to make sure we uniformly enforce the terms of the lease, which we did in this case as a result of your payment being made after the 4th day of the month. We wish you well moving forward.

Recently signed a lease with Forefront and they couldnt have made it easier. Daniel made the process fast and seamless, from scheduling the viewing to move in. I also appreciate the deposit and insurance options they offer. They even left a welcome package for me which was an unexpected and pleasant surprise! I recommend considering Forefront if youre on the search for a new place
